1. Who this is

merlow.space (the “Site”) is operated by MERLOW (“MERLOW”, “we”, “us”) to present the UNFILTERED record and sell related merchandise. Contact: hello@merlow.space.

2. Using the Site

You may browse the Site, listen to embedded tracks, and buy merchandise for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to: scrape or bulk-harvest content; interfere with the Site’s operation or security; impersonate anyone; or use the Site for anything unlawful.

3. Content and intellectual property

The UNFILTERED recordings, artwork, video, the MERLOW name and mark, and the Site’s design and code belong to MERLOW and its collaborators and licensors, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Nothing on the Site grants you a license to reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from that content except as the platforms it’s embedded from (Spotify, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok) already allow through their own sharing features.

4. Merchandise orders

Merchandise is printed and shipped to order by our fulfillment partner, Printful, once an order is placed. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. Prices, shipping costs, and delivery estimates are shown at checkout and may vary by destination. Because each item is made to order, returns and exchanges are limited to items that arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered — contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange one.

5. Mailing list

If you submit your email through the mailing-list form, we’ll use it to send you updates about MERLOW. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any message we send.

6. Third-party links and embeds

The Site links to and embeds content from Spotify, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies, which we don’t control and aren’t responsible for.

7. No warranty, limited liability

The Site is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, MERLOW is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as the Site changes. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Continuing to use the Site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
