1. Who this is

merlow.space is operated by MERLOW. For anything about this policy or your data, contact hello@merlow.space.

2. What we collect

We collect only what's needed to run the Site and fill orders:

• Mailing list: the email address you type into the signup form, if you choose to submit it.
• Orders: your name, shipping address, and order details, collected at checkout so your order can be shipped and so Stripe can process payment. We don’t see or store your full card number — Stripe handles that directly.
• Site verification: a verification file at the site root that proves to TikTok that we control this domain. It contains no personal data.

If you accept analytics cookies in the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are used. We do not run advertising trackers on this Site.

3. How we use it

Order details are used to fulfill and ship your purchase and to handle any support request about it. Your email is used to send the updates you signed up for, and nothing else, unless you unsubscribe first.

4. Who we share it with

We share data only with the services below:

• Stripe processes payment and receives what checkout requires to do that.
• Printful, our print-on-demand fulfillment partner, receives your name and shipping address to print and ship your order.
• Google Analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies, receives your IP address and information about the pages you view and the device you use, so we can count visits.

We don’t sell your data, and we don’t share it with anyone else for their own marketing.

5. Cookies

The Site sets analytics cookies (Google Analytics, named _ga and _ga_ followed by an ID) only if you accept them in the cookie banner. You can decline, or change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” button; declining removes them. Your choice is remembered on your device. The Site sets no advertising cookies. A signed-in cookie is used only by the site owner’s content editor and is never set for ordinary visitors. Embedded players from Spotify, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok may set their own cookies under their own policies once you interact with them.

6. How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as needed for accounting, fulfillment, and legal requirements. Mailing-list emails are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to unsubscribe from the mailing list, by emailing hello@merlow.space. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws like the GDPR or CCPA/CPRA.

8. Children

The Site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.

9. Changes

We may update this policy as the Site changes. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
